Following customer’s initial enquiries, arrangements are made to visit the site or the customer’s home to discuss their requirements. Initial measurements and any other relevant details are taken at this time. A quotation is then prepared and sent to the customer.

On acceptance of the estimate, Rake Joinery will revisit the customer, in order to undertake detailed measurements, and to discuss any other requirements such as ironmongery, glass preferences etc.

Our quotation and advice service is free of charge, and with no obligation.
